Site Rates
All Sites Are Full Hook Up - Sewer/Water/Electric 30 & 50 Amp
- Daily Rates $65 - $95
- Weekly Rates $250 - $350
- Monthly Rates $500 - $750 + Elect
Electricity: Electricity is included in the daily and weekly site rates. Monthly guests are responsible for electricity usage. Each site is individually metered.
A $150.00 Electric deposit is required at check-in for monthly guests.
Holiday & Special Events: 3 night minimum stay required, special event rates may apply
Site includes: 1 RV, 2 Vehicles, 2 People (4 person maximum per site)
Monthly guests are allowed 2 vehicles per site
RESERVATION POLICIES
Reservation Policies
- Check-in 1:00pm / Check-out Noon, 12:00pm
- Included: 1 RV, 2 vehicle, 2 people per site
- No tent camping, RVs must be fully self-contained
- RVs must be clean and in good condition regardless of age
- Guests staying 30 days or longer will need to submit a photo of the outside of RV for approval If Rv is older than 10 years
- Full payment is due at booking
- No refunds for late arrivals or early departures
- Reservations require a cancel notice of 2 days, (48 hours), or more for a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee
- No Refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of regular check in time on scheduled arrival day. Camp credit happily issued for future stay.
Holiday Reservation Cancellation Policy:
Due to the number of guests looking to make holiday reservations and people making speculative reservations, We happily offer a camp credit -$25 cancellation fee for future use. If you are booking for a national holiday, please plan accordingly. You are making a non-refundable reservation. This policy applies to all US national holidays including New Years, Easter Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Please do not reserve for a holiday unless you are 100% certain you will complete your stay.
